Meet the Fetus

So Lorenzo heard about my gnome-kidnapping plight and sweetly offered up this replacement gnome...

He even put in the eye dots! I've been calling it Fetus- it's a ceramic paint-a-gnome, so I will truly be it's mommy...it's like having another baby to replace your kidnapped child! Problem solved! Except this one has the personality of a blob. It made me feel uneasy, so I took it to the Boboli Gardens for a bonding session, as we had no time to pop over to Gigolo Island...

Me making Fetus blob thingy feel uneasy. It's an Italian gnome carrying a shovel, yet it looks shallow and vapid- Steve had a clueless look, but it was sweet and shy. But it's still a Fetus, so I can still take care of it...I need to draw on a little pair of glasses...I'm not sure what this dopey thing

me eyeing Fetus suspiciously

I decide to keep up appearances. Thumbs up!

So let us all raise this blob-fetus into...something.

I think he could at least gain some cutness if you *gasp* PAINTED him. The hardest part is *double gasp* YOU MIGHT HAVE TO USE COLOR!
(but it would all be more in love than fear, so you might be ok.)

You're right, I don't know about this gnome, and can't replace Steve! I'm actually feeling a little hostile towards Fetus.
No using the c-word in front of me!(no, that one's ok).I think the only way to love him is to make him into a tweed wearing, pipe smoking professor, because he just looks so dopey, or earnest- maybe a drag queen. Damn, I thought I purged myself of colour forever!

ah he's italian...so show him alittle breast and he will warm up to you fine. in fact, he might never leave ur side. lol He might be apart of the mob, with that shovel and all. At least you will have someone to protect you.

I am proud of you Amy. getting right back out there and adopting a new little man. It takes courage and strength. Good for you.

I say paint him. He would look nice all colorful. Make sure the colors fit him well.....he is from Italy now. They are picky about what they wear.
